Can the front logo size change after the sample is seen?
Yes. Two separate projects in our records changed the front logo after the embroidery was seen on the cap.

What to look at on the physical cap
Size, centering and straightness are three separate checks. In the first project, all three came up during the same review. The question about straightness was also checked against the production photo because the photo itself could make the logo look uneven.
Record note: customer identities and private order details are removed; the dimensions above are retained because they are part of the technical record.
