Was bulk production started before the sample was confirmed?
No. In this project, mass production was to begin only after the sample was fully confirmed.
Three points were still being settled
- Sample quantity: the buyer asked for one physical sample for each design.
- Front logo method: printing was discussed, but the buyer said they preferred embroidery for the front logo.
- Production release: the project stated that mass production would start only after the sample was fully confirmed.
Review did not end with the first sample
In other project records, buyers also asked to see completed hats by photo or video before shipment. That is a separate check from approving the physical sample that releases the order into bulk production.
