OEM Caps is a cap-focused website operated by Baoding Brim Apparel Co., Ltd. in Baoding, China. We help buyers describe the shape and fit they want, check reference samples and agree on the details before sampling.
Start with the part that needs to be right.
A reference cap is useful, but a picture rarely tells us everything. Does the front feel too tall? Is the visor too long? Should the crown keep its shape or soften when worn? Those answers help us decide what to check in the pattern and sample.
Panels and crown
Check front-panel shape, seam position, crown depth and whether the front should be structured or soft.
Brim and profile
Agree on visor length, curve and stiffness alongside the crown silhouette—not from an isolated photo.
Back and inside
Confirm closure type, adjustment range, sweatband and internal finishing with the same attention as the front.
Small changes are easier to discuss when we can measure them.
“Short brim” can describe several different looks. We ask which cap you are comparing against, where the measurement starts and whether crown depth also needs to change. A shorter visor alone will not always produce the low-profile fit a buyer expects.
We use photographs and measurements to make the next sampling decision clearer, without treating one cap size as the answer for every style.
We look inside the cap, too.
A clean digital mockup may not show how the seam finishing, breathable panels, lining or back adjustment have been built. Those choices affect comfort, fit and what can be repeated in production.
Before bulk manufacturing, the physical sample and its written specification should describe the version the buyer actually approved—including any changes made after the first sample.
Fit does not stop at the front panels.
Closures are not interchangeable details. A plastic snapback, a metal buckle and a fabric strap can change the adjustment, appearance and available branding area at the rear.
If your reference shows a particular closure or mesh shape, tell us. It is easier to agree on those details before the sample is approved than to correct them after bulk production starts.
