Specify the rear opening and closure as one assembly
For custom perforated snapback caps, the rear opening, panel edges and plastic strap attachment points need to work together. Record the closure color, adjustment positions and usable head-size range. The back view makes that arrangement visible, while the front and side views help compare crown shape and visor projection.
The plain front can receive your embroidery or patch after its usable area is confirmed. Set the decoration width and clearance from the side perforations, then inspect the sew-out on the chosen material. Panel count, crown support, sweatband and hole dimensions belong in the production specification. A black-on-black cap still needs matching references for thread, fabric and closure components.

Confirm these details before sampling
- Measure the rear opening and selected snapback adjustment range.
- Set perforation boundaries and clearance from decoration and seams.
- Approve front-panel support, visor curve and component color references.
Buyer questions
Can the plain front receive a custom logo?
Send the artwork and intended size. Review the embroidery or patch on the solid front area before the assembled sample is approved.
Can a fabric strap replace the plastic snapback?
Yes, as a different rear construction. Confirm the opening, attachment points and adjustment range again on the changed sample.
Does a perforated cap automatically provide a cooling claim?
The photos establish the presence and position of holes. Any performance claim needs a confirmed material specification and suitable evidence.
