READING THE SAMPLE

What the photographs show

One photo reveals top-of-crown seams around the button. Another shows interior seam-covering details. These views address construction points often missed in a frontal reference.

Decisions to include in the specification

  • Identify the requested panel layout and seam positions.
  • Specify whether seam tape and sweatband should be plain or branded.
  • Approve the interior construction and stitching finish on the real sample.

What these photos cannot confirm

Exact panel count and seam reinforcement type should be confirmed against the physical sample and technical pattern, not guessed from partial imagery.

Why ask for an inside photo before bulk production?

It makes hidden seam finish and branding details visible, allowing them to be included in the written production reference.
