Separate the front-panel pattern from crown depth
For custom five-panel perforated caps, specify the continuous front panel, upper-panel seams and hole zones independently. The blank front provides a usable logo area without a center-front seam. Mark the logo width and its clearance from both the visor seam and perforation boundary before a sample is cut.
The side view helps compare visor projection and crown shape, but it does not provide production measurements. Record crown depth, target head circumference, visor curve and the perforation dimensions in the technical brief. These views do not expose the complete rear fastening, so choose the closure explicitly and request its photo during sampling. Confirm the fabric and sweatband with the same care as the panel pattern.

- Approve the continuous front-panel pattern and decoration area.
- Set hole size, spacing and clearance from seams and embroidery.
- Measure crown depth, visor projection and the selected rear adjustment range.

Does five-panel mean the cap will fit lower?
Panel count and crown depth are separate choices. Confirm the intended fit using measurements and a sewn sample on the target head size.
Can this mint cap have a different back closure?
Specify a strap, snapback or other required construction in the brief. The supplied views do not establish the rear fastening, so approve a dedicated back view.
Do visible holes establish a performance rating?
They show the perforation layout. Any cooling, moisture-management or UV requirement needs an agreed material specification and appropriate verification.
