READING THE SAMPLE
What the photographs show
This photo sequence shows a finished cap and several views of its perforated construction. Look at the distribution of openings relative to crown seams and the brim.

Decisions to include in the specification
- Mark which side and rear panels may be perforated.
- State whether perforations are decorative, intended for ventilation, or both.
- Confirm logo position so perforation does not interfere with decoration.
What these photos cannot confirm
Hole diameter, fabric strength and laboratory airflow performance cannot be verified from these images.
Is every perforated cap automatically breathable?
No performance rating follows from appearance alone. Material, backing and hole layout influence how a finished cap feels.
