Decisions to include in the specification

  • Compare the side silhouette with your own reference sample.
  • Agree on visor curvature and how the cap should sit on the head.
  • Check sample finish and logo alignment after panels have been sewn.

What these photos cannot confirm

Different-looking photo sequences are not proof of distinct fabric specifications or a quantified performance difference.

What should I send if I like one reference but want another brim?

Send both references, indicate exactly which crown and brim to combine, and approve a physical sample of the proposed construction.

FROM A REFERENCE TO A SPECIFICATION

Tell us which construction you want to reproduce or change.

Send a side view, front view or existing sample. Include the panel structure, desired brim, logo and estimated quantity. We will clarify what needs to be confirmed before sampling.
