Compare panel shape and closure as separate choices

The uninterrupted front panel gives the embroidery a different starting area from a cap with a center-front seam. The interior photograph shows how the upper panels join. Use those views to specify the front shape and the extent of the perforated zones.

The rear strap also changes the appearance and adjustment method. Record its width, color, hardware and permitted adjustment range in the brief. A five-panel label alone does not establish a low crown or a particular fit; crown depth and head circumference still need to be measured on the sample.

Confirm these details before sampling

  • Confirm the continuous front-panel pattern and its usable decoration area.
  • Mark perforation positions in relation to the front embroidery and seam tape.
  • Specify strap width, rear opening, adjustment range and crown dimensions.

Buyer questions

Does five-panel automatically mean a low-profile cap?

No. Panel count and crown depth are separate specifications. Compare the sewn cap on the intended head size and record the crown measurements.

Can this use a snapback instead of a strap?

A plastic snapback can be discussed as a different rear construction. Confirm the opening shape, attachment points and size range on a new sample.

What needs to be measured beyond the photograph?

Record head circumference, crown depth, visor projection and curve, hole size and rear adjustment range. The photographs show their arrangement, not precise production dimensions.
