Black Short-Visor Cap: Front and Side Reference

Use two viewing angles to discuss the shape before a pattern is made.

Use this sample set to describe a manufacturing brief. It is not a promise that every visible detail, fabric or logo can be reproduced without confirmation.

What the photographs show

The photos provide a front view, side view and a crown-height measurement reference. Together they reveal more about the silhouette than a single catalog shot.

Decisions to include in the specification

  • Ask for the desired visor projection and whether the brim should be gently curved or more pronounced.
  • Define front-panel feel and whether a softer front is part of the intended appearance.
  • Approve crown depth and rear adjustment from a physical sample, not just a mockup.

What these photos cannot confirm

A visual reference does not establish fabric composition, exact finished dimensions or the construction hidden inside the crown.

Will changing the visor length also change the cap's fit?

Not automatically. Fit also depends on crown depth, circumference and the way the back closure is set. Review those separately.
